FAQ RENTAL
1- What time can I check in/out?
You can check in from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and check out between 09.00 a.m.. and 10:00 a.m.
It is possible to arrange different times with the agency depending on the availability of the properties.
2- Is it possible to check out after the agency's opening hours?
Yes, it is possible. The procedures will be communicated upon request.
3- When is the final payment for the rental due? How is the final payment made?
The final payment is due upon arrival before the keys are handed over. The amount can be paid in cash (up to the maximum amount allowed by law) or by credit card.
4- How much is the deposit and how is it paid?
You are required to pay 30% of the rent as a deposit.
The deposit is equal to 30% of the rental amount.
Payment is required by bank transfer, credit card or cash (if the amount is within the limits set by law). The deposit confirms the booking of the property.
5- Are there any extra charges?
Yes, the tourist tax. For the year 2026, the tourist tax is Euro 1,00 per person per night (calculated for a maximum of 10 nights). Children under 12 years of age do not pay the tourist tax.
6- Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are normally included.
In some special offers, bed linen and towels may not be included. This is always clearly specified in the booking confirmation.
7- Is the beach service included in the price?
No, beach service is NOT provided.
8- Are pets allowed? Are there any extra charges? Is a deposit required?
Pets are not allowed in some properties. It is necessary to check availability and the relevant supplement before proceeding with the booking.
The deposit required is Euro 100,00.
